Student or Young Professional

We manage 2 types of apartments: one for students and one for young professionals. We do not mix the two types for the simple reason that it changes the chemistry between roommates, which is something we pay close attention to!

Furnished

Each room has a double bed, blanket, pillows, desk, chair, blinds, lamps, and closet, while all apartments are cooking-ready, with a washer, dryer, fridge, and stove. Why spend $2000+ buying furniture only to sell it all in 1-2 years for a fraction of the price? Mix in the moving headache and getting furnished just makes sense.

Location

As long as you are next to a metro, navigation to your school or work is a piece of cake.

That is why all of our apartments are within walking distance of a metro, which also means everything else too: groceries, pharmacies, cafes, shops, bars, restaurants, and sometimes even 24h pizza. Montreal’s public transit system offers the best deal in the country and is the cheapest of the big cities (not to mention 1 of 3 Canadian cities to have buses and metros).
